More than academics — this is preparation for life.

At Casa Blanco Farms, education isn’t about textbooks and tests. It’s about readiness — for jobs, for independence, and for leadership.
Our residents learn through doing — managing projects, making decisions, solving real problems, and discovering their strengths along the way.

The farm is the classroom.

From caring for animals to running student-led businesses, every part of life at Casa Blanco Farms is designed to teach.
This is project-based, purpose-driven, heart-led education. And it works.

Each year, thousands of young people age out of foster care without the tools to succeed in today’s workforce. Casa Blanco Farms is changing that — through a real-world, hands-on education model that prepares our residents for life, leadership, and work.

Now, we’re inviting local businesses and corporate leaders to join us.

As a partner in our Education That Works program, your company can:

✅ Offer internships, job shadowing, or mentorship opportunities
✅ Share industry insights or lead practical workshops
✅ Sponsor student-led business ventures
✅ Help shape a curriculum rooted in real-world expectations
